Founded in 2015 in New York City, Meticulous Knitwear was built on a simple belief, true luxury lies in the precision of craftsmanship.
Each piece begins with natural fibers and is brought to life by knitwear specialists in Guangdong, China, the garment manufacturing capital of the twenty first century. We work with long staple cotton, merino wool, and linen cotton blends, choosing yarns for their touch, integrity, and the way they age over time. Every stitch is intentional, and every detail reflects decades of technical mastery.
Our founder grew up around mills and workshops where patience mattered more than speed. That upbringing shapes every collection, garments designed for a way of living rather than for trends. The work is rooted in sportswear, guided by proportion, balance, and subtle refinement. Pieces move easily from the deck of a yacht to the pace of the city, always maintaining structure, ease, and a sense of calm movement.

Fully fashioned construction allows us to reduce waste and produce with intention, shaping panels directly from the machine rather than cutting and discarding.
