Lounge Shirt

The Lounge Shirt is a fuller cut, short sleeve knit shirt designed with a convertible collar, button front, and side slits. It follows traditional shirt making principles, reinterpreted through fully fashioned knit construction.

By applying classic shirt structure to knit form, the result is a lightweight yet structured garment expected from a fine sport shirt. Clean shaping and smooth finishing preserve definition through the collar, placket, and sleeve while maintaining ease through the body.

The awning stripe is a bolder expression, popular in 1950s resort wear and reflective of the confidence of a post war attitude. If you look closer, not all stripes are equal in width, introducing subtle irregularity to an otherwise rigid pattern. Solid Beige and Navy offer a quieter alternative with the same relaxed refinement.

Knitted in fine gauge high twist cotton, the fabric delivers a dry hand, breathability, and warm weather comfort.
