Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand or limited releases, processing times may vary slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.


Shipping Origin

All orders ship from the United States.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the United States using the best available service based on your location and delivery speed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using the best available service for each destination.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are assessed case by case and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipments once an order has shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on item availability and customer preference.

Please note:

  • Carrier delays do not automatically qualify as lost packages.

  • We may require confirmation from the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.


Delivered but Missing or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact us and the carrier directly. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
